The Care Portal is a way to connect a network of caring people to meet the real-time needs of children & families in crisis. The goal of our Care Portal is to support families in crisis, keep children in homes, aid teens aging out of foster care, and keep children out foster care by meeting tangible needs.

To celebrate the launch of CLC’s Care Portal, we will be hosting a launch party and training for anyone interested in being involved! The training will be on April 27th at 6:30pm in CLC Room 206.  Light refreshments will be served. Sign up now!
