Shane & Mandy Phelps have served in the Arab world for 20 years. They served in Jerusalem for 11 years and moved to Morocco in 2016, where they pastor Tangier International Protestant Church. They are also actively engaged in supporting the emerging national church in Morocco, which consists of a small network of house churches.
