We first visited Honduras in 2004 and then moved there full-time in 2006. We meet medical, nutrition, and other needs to open the door to discipleship and plant churches. Our medical and dental clinics serve over 10,000 people a year with medicine and ministry. We are reaching into the public schools with discipleship and giving scholarships to students to attend school until high school. We minister to and teach expecting mothers nutrition, hygiene, Godly living, and gardening, giving them access to better nutrition. When we have supplies, we give the mothers hygiene packs and baby packs, so the babies have clothes when they leave the hospital. We have an agriculture program to teach subsistence farmers new methods to increase their access to food.
We are duplicating all of these projects in Romania and Ukraine. We have converted 2 large shipping containers into clinics in Ukraine that have operate as often as we are able to fill them with supplies. Our partner in Romania has a clinic and an Agriculture program to raise sheep, goats, and vegetables to feed the hungry. All of these efforts are aimed at the goal of planting churches and creating faith communities.
